SECURITY POLICIES AND RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT

During visits to protected wild areas, visitors should be guided to respect and care for nature, avoid situations of extraction of species of flora and fauna, feeding wild species and hunting animals is NOT allowed under any circumstances.

• Comply with the protocols and internal guidelines issued in response to COVID 19. The use of a mask is required at all times. See specific protocols on our website. When entering the boat tour area, you must submit to the Protocols such as taking temperature, use of masks and others. The tour will depend on this.
• It is not allowed to feed animals. We promote respect for wildlife. “Selfies” with animals is synonymous with animal cruelty.
• The use of a vest is mandatory during the tour.
• The entry of domestic animals is prohibited
  Smoking, food or alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
• Wear comfortable clothing and safe footwear, appropriate for an adventure tour.
• During the tour they must remain seated at all times.
• Each visitor with any medical condition, allergies, is responsible for carrying their own medical prescription.
• We recommend NOT bringing valuables such as jewelry, money, passport or camera, under your responsibility.

POLICY ON COMMERCIAL SEXUAL EXPLOITATION.

We reject the sexual and commercial exploitation of girls, boys and adolescents that occur throughout the world, particularly in the form that is developed or associated with national and international tourism activities. These practices are harmful to the Human and Fundamental Rights inherent to the people, which violate the national legal system and the conventions ratified by Costa Rica in this area. We will report any illegal activity that we become aware of regarding this issue.

CANCELLATIONS

Standard Tour: Cancellations 24 hours before 100% penalty + bank fees. Cancellations 7 days or more in advance of the service. 50% penalty. Please note that there are no refunds for “No shows”. 100% is penalized.

Private Tour: 50% prepayment is required 8 days before the tour. Cancellations 24 hours before 100% penalty + bank fees. Cancellations 7 days or more in advance of the service. 40% penalty.
